Losing with with Clen and T3 - 06-10-2008

Okay I started my first (real) Clen and T3 Sunday and I just want to keep a log to help me stay focused.

I'm going to be running this for 4 weeks and seeing how things go.

My current stats:

Age: 23
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 188 pounds (20 pounds out of my playing shape in college)
Tools: Clen, T3, Cardio (basketball, light jogs, soccer), also using this perfect pushup and lots of sit ups and leg lifts

I feel like about 15 of the 20 pounds I want to lose is sitting on my stomach.

I've switch up my eating habits from 2 large meals a day, to 5 small meals through out the day and no later than 7 o'clock.

Monday: Took 120mgs of Clen and 25mcg of T3.

I haven't sweat like every one says I'm suppose to, but I do get the shakes like Michael J. Fox. Also, it doesn't matter when I take them, I can still fall asleep (weird).

I drank lots of water.

Tuesday: 120mgs of Clen and 25 mcg of T3.
Shakes, some sweat, although it was about 100 degrees today!

Didnt get to play basketball or soccer (got out of work late).

Ate: Cereal for breakfast, omelette for lunch, small bowl of rice and strip of beef for lunch... I just couldnt get away for my other 2 meals.

Did some leg lifts and sit ups before bed!

additionally if any one knows a good workout to build ab muscles it would be greatly appreciated. You see I used to have a 6 pack, but it's been replaced with a hefty gut, and my weakened abs is causing me some serious back problems. I cant go for long runs, play sports, or even sit ups without my back hurting like hell.....

So if anyone knows anything, it would be greatly appreciated.

I plan to do an anavar and andriol run for power after this, so hopefully I can build some strength then too, but I would like something before that.

Weighted myself this morning, and I'm at 184, for a loss of 4 pounds so far.

Played some basketball yesterday, but I dont feel as sore as i've been feeling in the mornings. I'm thinking of getting a gym membership and adding some weight training to my regime and for the long haul.

If i can drop a total of 15 pounds, I'll be pumped, and it'll leave my in great starting place for when I run my anavar/andriol cycle.

Seems like no one is reading this, but I dont care. Knowing I can keep my thoughts somewhere is helping me a lot.

I'm reading bro! Stay motivated and keep at it! Adding weight training would be a great idea, and definately will help you out in the long and short run!!!

bro I am not trying to bust your balls but why are you using a thyroid drug to lose weight at 23 years old?
At 23 you should be able to adjust your diet to lose the pounds not use something as "harsh" as T3.
