OK, so it hurts so good then :P A quick Google search yielded so possible causes; Prostatitis -an inflammation or infection of the prostate (see Prostatitis)
also benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), prostate cancer, prostatitis, ejaculatory duct obstruction, and psychogenic causes (see [url=http://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/520878)

Hopefully it will correct itself without any medical intervention.

I also think it's a prostate inflamation and may be easily treated by a short course of suppositories.

prostatites it would also hurt when driving over bumps or rr tracks .

take it from an old timer who had prostatites!!!! no age coments need follow lol
