Proper form on workouts could be a necessary topic.
I'm going to first see if it's on here, but I really believe form
has a lot to do with quality builds and results. As well as what
gives you power, and what gives you strength, etc.
I already know them, but if someone comes through and sees
it on here, it could be an attraction to sign-up and learn more.
