Hey guys I'm new to forums in general. But of the many forums I've come across during my learning period yours seems to be better than others. I am not new to oral steroids but I am new to the many different types and methods. Anyways I am 5-10. And 145lbs looking for constructive critisism I have an idea of what I will start with just need a little help with needles thanks in advance!
