NEW GUY LOOKING FOR ADVICE - 08-07-2008

Hey guys, Hoping this may be the place to answer some of my questions?

I'm from the united kingdom, I'm 5ft9 and currently weigh 225 pounds, i originally weighed 270 pounds of pure FAT, Although i am naturally built like a tank a few years of working nights not eating right and having children had taken its toll on me. After a messy break down of my relationship i moved back with my parents, Since that time i have lost 4stone in weight back down to around 220-225 depending on time of the day i weigh my self. Although this is a massive improvement and god only knows i'm feeling 100% better for this, i cant help thinking that when i was 18-19 i was benching insane weight for upwards of 130kg and was nicely ripped etc, although now 23 and gone through all the shit i have i'm trying (being the word) to start back on the road to gaining a great figure again. I'm hard into my training again (involving gym 3-4 times a week) and a really well balanced diet. My problem is i just cant drop the extra 10-14 pounds i really need to before i start my old intense pyramid training regime. Nothing im doing will lose this last bit of weight before im happy to start really pounding my self again. I feel as though if i start the heavy training to quickly im going to end up with a kind of fat looking muscle u see some guys with, Im after being nicely ripped not like a potatoe head :-) Which leads me to where i am now. Im looking for a really mild steroid/enhancement that can promote small fat loss whilst promoting good solid strength gain and muscle growth. My friends in the uk all take this dianabol or whatever it is, They seem to get reasonable gains but all look like fat heads on it, and seem to drop alot of mass when off cycle :S?? Any suggestions for me for a nice starting build, bearing in mind that some drugs may not be available to me due to living in the UK, Or may be harder to get hold of . . any kind of responce would be great, Regards Mike

Hi,
I would do some cardio if I were you and stay away from dbol. If you can do it do 20-30 mins of light jogging straight away in the morning its working for me.

Had a feeling i was going to be told about doing cardio, and you are very true, cardio is the best way for weight loss, Thing is ive been at the gym hitting really light weights with high reps, but still cant lose it, I use the rowing machine almost daily and have a nintendo wii i use to box on (alot of fun) , perhaps i need to re evaluate my diet , I am currently eating an awfull lot of white meats and fish, including vegatbles, salad etc, Also eating alot of brown rice pasta and potatoe. I hardly eat any sweet stuff or eat at mcdonalds for instance. Anyone suggest a better type of food i should be eating or NOT eating?

no one hates cardio more than me {37 screw plate in left leg and two new acls} so the bike is all i can handle but it has to be done or ill blow up like a baloon.good luck
