Hello group! Glad I found you all. I'm on the MD forums as well as Weights on the Web. Checked out the board here and it's looking good! Hope to learn alot and help others here as well. I went hardcore supplement-wise and lifting wise a year and a half or so ago- it's gonna be fun. Currently I'm 197lbs and growing.
