Been lifting hard for about 6 months now. I am 27, and worried that I have waited too long to get in the game. I see that the pros started when they were in their teens. I have a good base going on, and gonna see what i can make happen. Just completed my first order from Axio, and now anxious to receive it. (wondering how long it is going to take) Have a good grip on the lifting, but a little fuzzy on the dieting, not sure how to keep track of stuff, or to know what I am eating has what. If anyone knows of a good book, or a good recipe book, I would appreciate it.
