Hey everyone... I've been checking out TW for a few weeks now and see that this is a quality place to get some good knowledge/advice. I'm 31 and have spent that last year doing Triathlons... looking to get back into lifting again. I have enjoyed reading the different training routines. There are many to run and I like the change up. Keeps me motivated. Finally got registered and just wanted to say hello.
