Hi my name is Jason. I joined here mostly for knowledge and insight. I am going to be 37 this April. I spent four years in the Ranger Battalion and was in great shape when I got out of the service at 22. After that I worked out six to seven days a week for eight years. During that time I did several cycles and also got burned several times. I travel for work (construction) so I am seldom in one place for too long. I work six to seven days a week. The last time I seriously worked out was almost seven years ago, I was just burned out from working out and my work schedule, (mostly shutdowns).
