Hi ! I have worked out for 25 years. Im a triathlete, and rock climber. Im 5'11" 170 lbs @ 7% bf. I have been thinking about try my first cycle for about a year, and I have spent the last couple of months reading everything I can, before I take the plunge. There is a ton of great info on these forums, and Im looking forward to being a part of the forums.
