Hey everybody,
I'm a newbie to this stuff. I've read a lot, but still learning a lot. Just started my first good cycle a week ago. Did 2 bunk cycles before, years ago with some Mexican juice. I gained more pounds on creatine then on that junk, lol! So, I consider this my first cycle.
I'm 27 years old, 6'6, 274 pounds at 10 % bf, I got up to 280 natually before, but felt I reached a plateau after training for 8 years. Switching up training, adding dropsets, supersets, eating up to 6,000 clean cals a day, 8 hours of sleep, etc, I still couldn't get over 280. It seems like my body doesn't want to go over that weight, and will lose weight if I sneeze to long. So, this is why I am doing this stuff, cause I'm sick of being at that sticking point, hopefully I can gain mass like I did when I was younger. :>)
