first off, welcome to TW bro'! you'll find many well-informed bro's here and they are always happy to help you w/ your ?'s.
may i ask, how old are you?
any experience w/ AAS?
i understand the problem you have w/ lack of time. i just had to take a second job ($1,000.00/mth child support is a mofo). so much for me doing 3-4 hrs/day in the gym.
as for motivation, may i give you my little motivational story.
seven yrs. ago i was diagnosed w/ a chronic illness which left me bed-ridden for a whole year. i am 6'0" tall and dropped down to 124 lbs. i looked as if i had aged 50 yrs. there were times when i just wanted to give up and even had been asked by strangers if i had AIDS.
but, i made a promise to myself that, if i survived, i would take much better care of myself.
well, it's been 5 yrs. since my recovery and i haven't forgotten how tough things can get. i started training as soon as i was feeling better and i put 100% into every aspect of my health. today, i am 215 lbs. of solid muscle and i don't know anyone who is in better shape than me. my whole life has turned around. whenever my motivation was low, i just thought about how unhappy i was w/ my body. now my ex-wife is regretting leaving me while i was sick and everyone around me treats me w/ respect and admiration.
it's too easy to let outside influences distract you from training. my friends are at the bar drinking beer while i'm in the gym. truth is, you gotta want it bad enough bro'. make training a top priorty. you've already done it before. all the more reason you can do it again. i have kids and two jobs. still, everyone knows that my time at the gym is exactly that. my time.
to get your stats up to par, it's going to take much time and dedication. but, it will always pay off in the end.
as for me, i will never allow myself to get out of shape again.
training is isn't just desire. it's a lifestyle.
good luck and best wishes on your quest bro'.
