So after 1.5 years of downing pain killers and sedatives for sciatca I put on 25 kilos of weight and had to learn how to walk again. I have been active in sports all my life and this was the hardest layoff yet, and touch wood the last one for a long long while.
I decided to use hormones to get me on track, dianabol was the first choice as I suppose many go that route. That was a mistake as I had already had high BP and cholesterol levels (9.4) which was pretty scarey.
Anyway after this 5 week cycle I stopped for another 5 weeks and ordered some Test e.
I did my last shot about 3 weeks ago I must say it did the trick along with hard work my BP is 135/82 and cholesterollevel is 6.8, ok thats not perfect but its come down a long way and Im happy, if you think at the beginning I was at 186/101 and 9.4.
So its going in the right direction all the time I reckon within a year Ill be strutting my stuff again. Im lifting stronger but the cardio with the extra weight is slow in comming but it is comming, Im upto 3 times a week in the mornings for 25-30min jogs so thats improving too.
There are no magic solutions to getting fit as Ive just witnessed first hand, as Ive got older this come back has taken nearly a year but TESTOSTERONE is the shit!
Im thinking on trying again, Im 36 and I think this extra boost is something that I dont have naturally anymore (at 25 I could go all day..... lol) luckily test is there to help me back. Ive got nothing bad to say about testosterone at all exept the bloody zits, but thats all it is, otherwise I would recommend to give it a try especially for us guys that have gone over 35.
Id be careful with dianabol though but thats just me. I would imagine one should be in good health before attempting it, then it wouldnt be so harsh but if you are a lard ass be careful.
