Quit smoking - 02-12-2008

I used to be a "chain smoker" before. But I have started to feel the bad effects of it. I consulted a doctor and I have found out that my lungs are weak already.

Due to this, I have disciplined myself to quit smoking. But this is not an easy process. It actually took 1 year before I have finally stopped smoking.

I lessen 1 stick a day, at first. Then for 3 months I only smoked 3 sticks each day, until 2, then 1. After 1 year I have fully free myself from this nicotine.

It really just needs willingness and discipline.

The way I quit was every time I had the urge to smoke I would drink a glass of water. The first 2 weeks are the hardest but the thought of smoking doesn't completely go away until 1 month but even every now and again i have the urges especially after I eat spicy foods.

I quit smoking the easy way - 02-14-2008

I quit using an amazing and very simple method. I suffered no nicotine withdrawals, in fact no bother at all! I just didn't feel like smoking from one moment to the next! The method is called EFT and there's someone out there who offers free (donate if you want) email consultations. Here is the website:
info-santanyi.com/eftservice/eftforall.html

I hope it works for you as good as it did for me, best of luck!

damn congrats... funny how cigarettes kill half of Americans yet steroids is illegal... anyways its better late then never dude. your lungs can still recuperate after a while. The hard part must be fighting the cravings... i actually had an uncle who was a chain smoker and he actually had the ability to quit smoking super easy... if you ever get cravings bro just pop a gum in your mouth.
