started a week ago . test E
injectioning 10 weeks at 250 mls pinning all in the delt

was considering running
week 1 250 pin delt 1cc
week 2 250 pin delt 1cc
week 3 500mls pin butt 2cc
week 4 750mls pin butt 3cc
then bring it down to
week 5 500 pin but 2cc
week 6 250 pin arm 1cc
which if anyone has done this before knows i only have one bottle so iam think if another way to run this . the second way was recommended by my good freind but i mnot sure
any help
and possibally get novdex and clomid for post cycle
my weight right now is at 210 thsi is week 2 weight so far
my workout goes like this
workout 1
flat chest bar 12 -10-8-6 rep 135-185-205-225 for 6 reps
incline chest bar 12-10-8-6 110-135 -185-205
flys 12-10-8-6 25- 35-45-55
50 pullups
bar bell bent over rows 12-10-8 6 105-115-125-135
dead lift 10-6-4 to failure 135-225-275
workout 2
barbell clean and press 12-10-8-6 65-75-85-95
lateral raises 12-10-8-6 10-12-15-20 my shoulders are messed up when i do these
heavy shoulder shrugs 10-6-4 to failure 95-115-135
push press 6-4-2 to failure 125-145-155
barbell curls 12-10-8-6 45-65-85-105
dumbell curls 12-10-8-6 15-20-25-30
close grip press 12-10 8 6 135-145-155-185
pull downs 12-10-8-6 60-75-95-105
forarm curls 12-10-8-6 and reverse curl 12-10-8-6 both 10-12 15-20
workout 3
squat 12-10-8-6 135-185-225-275
leg extenstion 12-10-8-6 50-70-90-105
calf rasies 15-15-15-15-15
leg curls 12-10-8-6 50-60-70-85
straigh leg deadlift 10-6-4 to failure 95-115-135
goodmornings 6-4-2 to failure 95-105-115
repeat workout 1 , 2,3 again so its like this
monday workout 1 tuesday workout 2workout 3 wed thurday workout 1 fri workout 2 sat workout 3 sun day OFF
