Each set should be done to failure. The next workout should not be performed until one is COMPLETELY recovered from the previous workout. Always warmup before any weight training routine.

Bench Press, 1 X 12,
Shrugs, 1 X 12,
Curls, 1 X 12,

Calf Raises, 1 X 12,
