hers mine at the moment
day 1 quads/calves
day 2 chest/forearms/abs
day 3 back/bi's
rest
day 4 hams/calves/forearms/abs
day 5 shoulders/tri's
rest
repeat
I try to give every primary and secondary muscles that I train that day at least 2 days rest before hitting them again, I might put the bi's on a day of its own since I'm so tired after a back workout, so bis' would be day 6
