thats alot of cardio, personally i feel 2x wk coupled with full body workouts are the best way to lean up fast without sacrificing muscle and strength, i train full body hard 2x wk and do core/calves and run for 30-45mins low intensity 2x wk, thats works wonders, especially when you manipulate your diet and carb cycle, if your goal is fat loss and lean mass.
