Preparation
Grasp dumbbell cable from behind. Place hand with cable behind neck; palm toward neck and elbow positioned upward.
Execution
Extend arm upward. Return and repeat. Continue with opposite arm.
Comments
Let the cable pull the arm back to maintain full shoulder flexion. Palm can be positioned away from neck. In which case, Wrist Flexors are stabilizers instead of Wrist Extensors
