Preparation
Sit on platform with knees slightly bent. Grasp cable attachment.
Execution
Pull cable attachment toward neck, elbows up out to sides, upper arm horizontal, perpendicular to trunk until upper arms is just beyond parallel to one another. Return and repeat.

Latissimus dorsi becomes involved
