Lower Peck help - 03-22-2008

Hey guys I have almost everything at my home gym except a decline bench and a dip machine ? Any suggestions on how I could work my lower pecks because they are falling behind compared to the rest of my pecs.Thx guys

Wide grip-dips and decline presses and flys are great for bringing up lower pectorals, alternatively soe kind of dcline push-up will work just vary your hand position or put an arch in your back when benching to put emphasis on the strongest part of your pecs which are the lower pecs, another option would be putting a couple of books under one end of your bench to create a decline, use dumbells if its not safe with barbell.....
