Got a note from UPS that my package was to big and I have to go there to pick up the package. I live in a town house and the mail slots are small...Should I go or will I be arested if I sign 4 the package

I have to sign for mine all the time. I highly HIGHLY doubt a SWAT team will be standing by to get a small, personal use order.
