Yes, it works.
Vitamin E: Helps reduce stretch marks and scars of all types. My GF and I use super high strength vitamin E (5000Ui per ml), and I can say that it works wonders, in conjunction with cardio and a decent diet.
Long duration steady state cardio: This works wonders. Have you seen long-distance or cross-country pros with stretch marks? Thats because steady state cardio will results in the metabolism of proteins. When in ketosis, or in extended cardio sessions, the body burns fat and protein as an energy source. As long as you are well nourished, a significant source of the protein will be your skin and the subcutaneous fat cells beneath your skin. This will result in your skin becoming "tighter" and in the gradual disapearance of the stretch marks. Jog 40km+ per week at 12km/hour or so (you should be able to speak whilst running). Give it 4 to 8 weeks to work.
Low Carb/Ketogenic diet: See cardio above. This accelerates the effect of long duration steady-state cardio.
