Is selling fake gear illegal? - 04-30-2008

Hey guys, probably half of us got scammed before in our initial pursuit of gear, just curious if the bastards that sell fake gear actually can be punished under distributing a controlled substance if it is fake?

There is the guy at my local gym that sells fake crap to newbies that don't know better. Even though I hate guys that are dishonest like this, I would't dime them out. I just tell people to watch out, becuase the shit doesn't smell right.

So, can guys like this actually be punished for distributing if caught, if the stuff isn't real? I'm assumimg before they prosecute, they have to test the gear to see if it is legit.

Thoughts?

Actually if you think about it, its about the same thing as sites selling D-anabol 25 and Deca 200. Making it seem like ur getting the real thing. Can't named the site, but everyones seen the site before. Claimed to be the most visted anabolic site.

I know what your talking about. I work at a supplement store and we sell stuff called Dianabol by High tech and sustanon 250. It's crazy shit calling these supps steroid names. Some work pretty good though if you want to make a break from steroids(who would ever want to do that?......j/k)

Without a doubt they would get the same charges as real gear. Its the intent of the individual that would get him/her charged. In reality, if someone is busted selling fake gear and started talking and admiting, LE would not even test it to see what the contents are.

I cant stand those scum bags who try and pass off fake as real.

If theyre saying, yes this is bonafide gear and they sell you sesame oil instead, it's illegal. If they sell you some bullshit hormone and tell you that it's "legal" steroids, that's legal and BULLSHIT. Here's a good example:

Pharmaceutical Name
(MethadrostenolTM) 230mg/capsule - 60 capsules/bottle

*DO NOT BUY THIS FOR THE LOVE OF GOD

They can sell you a hormone derivative that can make you go breasts behind your knees and say, "oh hey this is just like real steroids, but it's legal." MY ASS.

Either way, both these kinds of folks are on my shit list.

life is good.
