I'm back -

Hey guys, haven't been on here for a while because I moved to Montana from Oklahoma here in the states.
Several months ago I did my fist NPC show(The Mr. Oklahoma) and got 4th. I am 6 foot and and I went against guys that were 5'5 - 5'8ish and have been juicing for years so they had an advandage on me. I look well and weighed 191 at the weigh in and was around a high 3%BF. I will post some pics soon. I'm at work right now so I can't.\ Now after the contest I jumped from 190ish to 240#s. I have been leaning up because 240#s was hard to move around. I would get out of breath easy and it sucked son I decided to start to get lean again. I miss being really lean with a nice hard six pack and being very vascular. I thought that I would let you guys know that I am back. Glad to be back here again.
