Ok guys I got two so far, the second one happened today. I was doing closegrip bench on the Smith Machine. I went to get up and duck the bar when my sweaty arse slipped of the bench. I tried for a graceful recovery but it didnt happen. Guy next to me ask if Im alright as I lay there wedged between the bench and the Smith. My first incident was a little worse, I was doing Leg Presses with the intensity of a beast. I gave it everything I had to complete the set including the half-arse rep at the end where I didnt make it, but I held there as long as I could. At the conclusion of my set I thought I had taken ample time for my legs to recover so I started to get up when my Left leg gave out. Folded right under me. My upper body continued to keep going in the direction I started out in. All in all in the end my lower body was still tangeled in the Leg press, and I wasnt on the Leg press anymore. This time I had to have assistance to remove myself from the equipment. Im sure are probably some out there to top that( at least I hope ). Tell em if you got em!
