Accually cardio and diet are the tricks lol it comes down to caloric manipulation and varying the cardio. If you just looking for a good fat burner none are going to work if you don't have the diet and cardio down first. HIIT cardio and fasted state(which you should never fully be in) are a couple things you should throw in to keep your body guessing.
