With some BS! ok my girl works or worked at chilis, a waitress, do they not get breaks she usually works from 5-11pm and they always tell her she cant have a 5min cig break, well they told her she could get fired, and well thats what happened, after they clocked out customers were gone, she and her friend went outside to smoke a cig for 5min and come to work they get fired.....i mean WTF is this bs is that legal?

Find another waitress job at a different restaurant. Easy fix.

I dont know how it works in the U.S... I should i do have duel but anyway Here she is entitled to at least a 15 min break for those hours worked......Here she would have a wrongful dissmissal case best thinf would be to call head office she is already not working there so they cant fire her again but I would say ya they are retards

Hey , this is not legal, in any country not in US only, you can do something at this point.
They can interdict to smoke as she is a waitress and the cig smell is not welcomed but at least 30 min per day must be offered.
