is it safe to use decaplex275 & sustaplex325 3x a week mixing both shots in one for 6 to 8 weeks ? or should i lower the shots to twice a week just looking for a reasonable amount to use to gain size

Yes as long as you do a reasonable dose of each one. Sustanon being shot EOD is common. usually deca is less though but as long as you just split the dose it cant really hurt.

would 3x on susta and 2x deca be good ?
