Unless you are a Vagitarian (Oooops I mean Vegitarian) just make sure you eat foods that DO NOT CAONTAIN Partially Hydroginated Vegetable Oil and High Fructose Corn Syrope. Those two things will freaking kill us and it is the cause of so much obesity and cancer. Although it is very difficult to find foods and drinks that do not contain those two piece of crap chemicals, it is possible to find them.
