What am I doing wrong? - 06-26-2008

I am currently on cycle (Test E and Equipoise) and its my 6th week.
My Arms, Chest, and legs are getting bigger and cut...viens popping out its great.
But for some reason I just cant seam to lose the little fat on the bottom of my gut and sides. I am 5'10 and now at 192. I wear a 34in jeans.
I want to get back into a 30 or 32...and be cut...
right now i run 1 mile every morning and lift at night on mon, tues, wed, thurs, sat and sun. my diet is good from what i can tell...high protien and low carbs....
dont get me wrong its not that im huge...haha, i just wana get my complete 6 pack back...

any sugjestions?

adjust your diet abit, lower the fat and do more core exercises and maybe add some cardio. hit your abs from all angles, those "reverse sit-ups" (dont know what there called) that work your lower back are great for the love handles...also if you hang off the chin-up bar and do leg raises, that will target the lower abs

Alex, If you are on low carb diet then do not get rid of your fat. That is your energy source then. Make sure your are taking in good, healthy essential fats. If your very low carb then your will go into ketosis. It will take a full week for this to happen and then your body will start using the fat you take in and the fat you have stored on your body for energy. This is the best diet out there today. Its called the Palumbo diet. It will get you shredded. Do not run on the tread mill, only walk. You will start to eat muscle for fuel since your carbs are low. Stay in fat burning mode and keep your heart rate under 120 beats/min. As far as ab work and lower back work, do some but don't kill yourself. You can have the best abs in the world but if they are covered in fat who cares. Abs come with diet and cardio. Add 10 min. every two weeks to your cardio until you get all the fat off you. Follow the diet (palumbo) and your cardio and you won't be disappointed.
