Problem: If you want energy and to be able to make it through the day, you need carbs. period. if you cut them out, especially suddenly, then you will feel it and feel like a zombie.
I can't say i've heard of this diet till right now. Surprisingly I kind of lived this all last summer, but simply because of the convenience of not having to cook when I'm so strapped for time.
If youre going to attempt this, I would HIGHLY rec commend weening yourself onto it. your body won't understand or handle the sudden lack of food. Give youself a week or two and slowly start substituting food meals with shakes.
When I accidentally did this diet this summer I had been having protein shakes for breakfast for almost a year...granted they were gainer protein shakes to keep me from passing out come noon. This would be a good idea if you need the energy for a workout or life! I've also been having isolate protein shakes before bed for as long as I can remember. keeps your metabolism going while your sleeping
IMO make this your own. Diets don't work for everyone as one-size-fits-all thing. if you want to follow it, then have shakes all day long, but if that isnt enough then eat some actual food too! But eat wisely and healthy. I've never done a diet in my life (intentionally at least) and I'm rockin a 4% on the BFI.
And don't give up when the 'miracle' doesn't happen in the claim 7 days or ONLY 3 WEEKS!!! Be patient. This is just a fishing line to reel you in. the person that lost 25lb in 7 days ISNT the sexy chick on the cover, its the 600lb bastard that still can't stand up on his own
Thats my opinion on it. Feel free to ask for more, I can go all day
