Just curious if anyone has ever tried this? If you have tried it, how did you do it and what did you you as your protein shake source? Would nitrotech be good for this? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.
After a month on the Velocity Diet, I've killed some bad habits, This wasn't bad during the Velocity Diet because I sipped Surge during the workout. It really helpful to get rid of fatness problems.
I have also been wondering about this diet. Do any of the experts in here see this diet as being possible? I have doubt because the Chris (The author of the diet) pushes certain supplements too hard. I have read articles/forums about the diet and Chris states that it is not worth doing the diet if you’re not going to use the supplements that he recommends.
I started this diet last thursday and quit today. Im am at 14% BF wanted to get into single digits. Anyways I could not handle the extreme tiredness feeling i got, i also felt weak. This was only 4 days too. IMO eat food!!
