i buy some tub there that has season already so all i gotta do is add some salt and i let it sit a few days in the fridge with the season...

Small Baking dish in oven at 400.. About 40min check every oven different.

Sprinkle Garlic Salt
Sprinkle Italian Seasoning
Sprinkle Paprika

Throw in some bell peppers, sliced red potatoes and mini carrots. Put Olivio Butter on top of chicken and misc.

Heaven my friends.

Try this : Honey Citrus Chicken

4 chicken breast halves,Juice of 1 orange,Juice of 1 lime,Juice of 1 lemon,3 tablespoons honey,2 tablespoons olive oil,1/2 teaspoon Chipotle Tabasco or 1/4 teaspoon regular Tabasco Sauce

Gently pound chicken breasts between sheets of plastic wrap with hand or meat mallet.Combine remaining ingredients and Add the chicken and turn to coat well.Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. then grill or broil the chicken for about 20 min.

If you're geting tired of chicken switch to some fish like tilapia, salmon, ahi tuna or something. I got burnt out on chicken when I was dieting for a contest I just did so I hear you on that bro.
