Seasoning chicken - 02-25-2008

What does everybody use on there turkey or chicken when the cook it up? I have been using Ms. Dash, and Montral seasoning, not bad but it getting old. Any ideas?

Garlic salt on BBQed chicken is pretty amazing, if you can find one a good Jamecian jerk seasoning is also really good. Lawrys seasoning salt or Jonnys seasoning salt is also pretty good when mixed with other flavors.

Greatest season mix ever

2 tablespoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
1/4 teaspoon bay leaves ground
1/4 teaspoon file' powder
3/4 teaspoon basil sweet
1/2 teaspoon paprika

Soak it in 1 pound butter, .5 cup oliver oil, and 12 tablespoons of mayo......

Lemon pepper is some chicken enhancing goodness. I also use lawry's and garlic salt a lot. GEORGE FOREMAN GRILL I LOVE YOU!!!

Thanks for the replies fellas. I may give them all a try until I figure out which one I like the best. Right now, I gage down the chicken. About burnt out the way I cook it. Thanks again.

I just had some chicken on the georgey formen grill, maranated it in lemon juice and a lill montreal steak seasoning. damn good !!! went well with a ton of steamed brocolli. so good infact ill prolly have it again as a meal later in the day.

lets keep this thread going - rex recommended to me to bake breasts at 350 degrees for 40-45 min to make em juicy - ill prolly maranate some breasts in lemon juice and some montreal stuff - any one else maranating in something different??? lets get some ideas goin here bros!!

also - what would be a half way decent sause to use? sometimes i use a lill lo fat ranch or bbq sause but that stuff is just full of fat and carbs and sugars and havnt used any since iv been cutting - on a bulk it might be ok i guesss tho.

SMOther the chicken with Mayonaise and extra sharp cheddar cheese. Then when it comes out of oven pours two cups of Ranch dressing on it.. use hot sauce and eat.. mmmmm............................................. ........... LOL

Seriously, 2 chicken breasts, tablespoon of cumin, teaspoon of adobo seasoning and dash of worchestishire (sic)
