Im doing a bulking cycle with Deca, Susta and Dball.

you can add just about anything to your diet while bulking, I wouldnt make a meal of just dates, you'll be sh*ting like crazy...lol. dont over do it, theres to much sugar in them, Just keep in mind, the more fat you store during the bulking stage, the more work you got during the cutting stage, I try to keep lean as I can weather I bulk or cut
