Well since I've been waiting for my gear I figured I should get my diet in check.
Here is what I have. How does it look Bros?
5:00am 30min cardio
6:00am
1 - cup oatmeal
6 - eggs (6 whites, 1 yolk)
8:30
1 - Protein shake
1 - cup brown rice
1 - fruit
10:30am
1 - cup cottage cheese
3 - egg whites
1 - fruit
12:00
1 - cup brown rice
2 - cups veggies
1 - 6-8oz chicken or 2 cans tuna (plain)
2:30pm
1 - Protein/Creatine shake
1 - fruit
4:30
1 - cup cottage cheese
3 - egg whites
Suppliments
5:30 WORK OUT!!!!!
1 - shake right after workout
7:30
1 - cup brown rice
2 - cups veggies
1 - 6-8oz chicken or 2 cans tuna (plain)
9:30
1-cup cottage cheese
1 - serving natural peanut butter & celery
4476 KCals, 382g protein, 61g Fats, 314g carbs.
Well there it is. So what do you guys think? What looks good, what could be changed?
