The best way to cut fat is to eat smaller meals a day by doing so you will up your metabolism. I am sure REX or Upondeez will tell you how to go about it . Thats there specialty just remember when you cut your carbs you have to up your protein uptake to keep your energy for your lifting routine.

bump that. eat every 3 hours small meals and have a big meal right after ur work out with ur shake. and another big meal later day. i usually eat 3-4 eggs in morning, 3 hrs later shake + 20 min later big meal hen every 3 hrs smaller meals and aroudn 8 a big meal again and 11 some fruit/shake. been for 2 months im gaining hella more weight and mass then fat. im on bulk cycle and im literally eating everyting, im not really worried bout getting fat cuz next cycle is gna be cut cycle so.

- but ur not gna get rid of ur flab so much if ur gna eat such big breakfast. i mean run on empty stomach so ur not using ur meal that u just ate and ur using ur fat for energy.

also from my experience do not eat eggs every day and do not eat them 2 tiems a day. go for maybe a week then switch to oatmeal. or do egg/oatmeal every other day. u will get sick of it really fast. add some fish to ur diet ( tuna/salmon )
