Need good Diet - 03-06-2007

Hi, I need some help. I need someone that has experience in dieting. What I want to do is get a healthy diet, that will help me shed some excess fat i have on my stomach area? So any good Diets out there? I need help on what to eat, how much of it to eat, throughout a week so I can repete it over. (Also I am still lifting hard to gain muscle)

60,30,10% carbs,protein,fats

for every meal you eat go more or less 2/3 carbs 1/3 protein....fat should occur naturally....

make sure you get your five a day and use a multi-vitamin, essential fat like flax,olive oil help maintain healthy lipids, drink lots of water to stay hydrated, eat 4-5 small decent meals a day.....and if your weight training ensure the protein and clean cals are high.....

little adjustments to your routine - 07-30-2007

My best suggestions other than keeping making little adjustments to your routine, consult with your doctor that prescribed you the medication. They may be able to either switch your medication or go over some lifestyle changes that can help you manage a healthy weight.
