I'm 39 .. before cycle.. I would vary from 225-235 .. I was pretty jacked before I blew out two discs in neck.
My goal is rugby-ready.... big mass, strength, I don't plan on being ripped and veiny ( my wife wouldn't like me that vascular regardless) But I do wanna be fit, muscular, not FAT.
Goal for the next 6 weeks is to put on muscle during cycle.. immediate goal afterwards is retain most of the gains yet shed fat.
7 weeks into cycle I'm 6'1(ish) 253lbs 18 arms, 50chest, 56 shoulders, 25.75 quads, 35waist... 41 at belly button.. lol...
