Interesting recipe - 01-15-2008

Don't know it till you guys try it

7 whites
2 whole eggs
1c oats(uncooked)

Throw all this into a skillet together and cook throughly, add Tabasco (preferably the green) to taste.

Calories ~527
15g Fat
56g Carb
42g Pro

really easy to eat lots of good quality calories.

But i think you have got that from ronie colemen where he eats 8 white 2 whole with gritzs and cheese on top but i like hot two so your way sounds better

Yeah mines a bit chewier and actually less filling since the oats are cooked in the eggs and not in water. Its perfect pre workout cuz your stomachs not full!
