Thought I'd post a thread about High Protein Breakfast Ideas.
* A high protein breakfast that one can really enjoy is cooking 1/2 pound ground turkey (97% lean) with a few egg whites scrambled together to make an omelette.
* There are also a lot of high protein cereals that taste great but have whey protein added so it's actually healthy to eat cereal:
* Wheat toast or a bagel topped with PowerButter Peanut Power Butter is a great way to get extra protein. Powerbutter has 32g. of protein per serving!
* A cup of yogurt topped with almonds or sunflower seeds can also bee a nice breakfast.
*Take protein shakes and here is one of the most favorite High Protein Breakfast shakes : 2 scoops Nectar Sweets Chocolate Truffle, skim milk or water, about a tablespoon of peanut butter and a whole graham cracker in the blender (add ice cubes to make as thick as you like). It tastes just like a Reeses Peanut Butter cup.
