help with my diet -

basicly ive just started a new diet a wanted to no if im headed in the right direction with it.
meal 1
2 boiled eggs on toast with marj
meal 2
chicken/turkey/mince, rice, 2 apples, 1 orange
meal 3
tuna in pitta bread light mayo
meal 4
2 slices of toast, 1 scoop protein shake
meal 5 PWO
2 scoop protein shake,2 apple,handful grapes
meal 6
steak/pork/lamb, baked potatoe
can you let me no what you think or areas were i can improve it. cheers
