help with diet - 02-05-2008

hey guys,
so ive dieting hard for like 6 months or so. ive made major progress along with heavy lifing and cardio. i have like 10 pds to lose mostly my love handles and lower stomach are just stubburn as hell. everything else is pretty ripped. this is pretty much my diet now. any help would be great.

morning. 3-4 whole eggs along with 3 egg white with oatmeal

chicken or hamburgers(w/o the bun in the afternoon.( usually 2)

whole wheat crackers with power pb at some point

50 g of protein after the gym



at night usually some chicken w/no carbs

basically my diet is high in protein and low in carbs and generaly its only whole grain bread or brown rice.


any help would be great.



Also,
I'm considering a cutting cycle. I was thinking winny and anavar and maybe clen.

any suggestions. i also have a bottle EQ. do you think i should add that in

I really dont want to put on any size just want to cut up completely(this is why i have no test in this cycle. any help with the diet and cycle would be great.

here is some info that will help you calculate what you need for a caloric deficit diet:

you need to know your bodyfat % first then you can calculate how many calories you need to consume for a cutting diet...that will give you your Lean Body Mass...

this is from Chris Aceto's book:

example for calculating Basal Metabolism...

to calculate your Basal Metabolism, you need your Lean Body Mass & add a zero ('0') to the end...
*Example: 127lbs of LBM = 1270 calories

Basal Metabolism (BM): 1270 calories daily
Next, add to the BM more calories based on your level of activity & lifestyle.

*For the Extremely Active: BM x 1 + BM
*For Very Active: BM x .7 + BM
*For Moderately Active: BM x .4 + BM
*For Non Active: BM x .2 + BM

Therefore the individual who is extremely active & has a BM of 1270 will need 2540 calories in a day.
(1270 x 1 + 1270 = 2540)

An active, moderately active & non active individual with a BM of 1270 will need 2159 calories, 1778 calories & 1524 calories each day, respectively.

To establish your level of activity, use this below:

*Extremely Active: Work a physical job, construction, mail carrier, builder, landscaper & work out 5 or more x's each wk.
*Very Active: Either work a physical job & exercise 3x's a wk or work a desk hob & workout hard 5x's a wk.
*Moderately Active: Desk job & work out 3-4x's a wk or a physical job & do no exercise.
*Non Active: Neither exercises nor works a physical job.

also, you need to get a proper cycle together w/ PCT as well...Test should always be your base in every cycle! never begin a cycle unitl you have ALL gear & PCT in hand!!!

giant has some great adive also you morning meal needs to be tossed out you are taking in to much and the wrong thing try this.

the second you wake down this drink

40gms protien 30gms carb slab 2g L-Carnitine

half and hour later take a bowl of Bran down with Fat free milk. the bran will clean the crap hole out and lower you cholestol and the fat free milk actually fights fat.

now the drink above protien carb slab and carnitine will throw your body into a anablolic state and take it out of a catabolic state. the carnitine help burn fat into fatty acids to make energy.
