Help CatDaddy Reach His Goal!! There Will Be Before and After Photos -
03-13-2008
Okay Bro's,
Here is my goals. I want to stay around the 220lbs weight limit, but as long as I can lose the waistline. I don't mind gaining muscle mass everywhere else. That means I may go over the 220lbs. limit, which is fine as long as it's muscle mass everywhere else and not fat in my waist.
I have received a superb shopping list from Trigenetics, which I have purchased all the items on his list. I need to know how many calories a day I should be taking to accomplish my goals.
Also, I need great workout routine to cater to these goals, but don't try to kill me with to much cardio because I'm not in as good of shape as most of you HE HORSE STUDS here.... LOL My cardio is way down, and I know I need to work on this but again don't try to push me to 1-2 miles at the start. I know I need to be there, but I'm not.
Now with that being said, I haven't tried any gear before so maybe I can do 1-2 miles in the start, I don't know. If the proper gear can do that, then I have to ask myself, "Where the hell have I been all this time, under a rock"....
The gear I will be using this cycle is Decaplex 275, Testaplex E 250, and Clenbuteral. I may just go with Testaplex E 250 and Clenbuteral, but I'm still not sure yet. I really hadn't drilled down the dosage yet either. So what gear to use and dosage amount would be helpful, as long as you have a reason behind your theory. I will be using Clomiplex for my PCT. This is my first cycle ever, but I'm not at all worried about it and I'm actually ready to get started. Waiting on gear...
SO THERE ARE 7 GOALS THAT I HAVE HIGHLIGHTED IN RED THAT I WANT TO ACCOMPLISH!!!
NOW, IS THAT ASKING FOR TO MUCH TO SOON, OR IS IT DO-ABLE???
I have posted a before photo in the "member photos forum," that may help you on how to advise the situation. I will also post an after photo.
42 years old
5'11"
220 lbs.
22% BF
I appreciate all the help....
To Be Continued....

CatDaddy's Diet & Nutrition - It's a Big Lifestyle Change -
03-14-2008
1st day: Scratch it, I feel short half way through the day... My own fault...
2nd day: Followed TriGenetics plan..
Woke Up: 1 packet Protein Shake (Meal substitute type), Carb Slam, 1 Tbsp. pure L-Carnitine
Breakfast: High fiber cereal (shits expensive, need another congressional investagation into high cereal prices, again... LOL)
Mid-Morning: Forgot to eat vegtables, but I didn't eat anything else either.
Lunch: Took liquid multi-vitamins, 2 tabs Glucosamine with Chondroitin, 1 Tribulis tab 1000mg, 2 tabs Creatine HCL tabs (recommended dosage), ate a Lean Turkey Sandwich with Veggies (I Cheated and put mayo, but I'll stop, I promise)... Sorry TriGenetics, I'm working on it....LOL
Afternoon: 1 hour before workout drank another protein shake; 2 Scoops ISO Pure protien (50 grams), 1 Tbsp. pure liquid L-Carnitine. Took 4 tabs Ibuprofen 200 mg/ea. tab, because hydroyxcut gives me a headache.
30 minutes prior to workout: Took 2 Hydroxycut tabs, drank tea (for caffeine boost).
Worked Out for 1 hour: Did all pull exercises today. It was a good 1 hour of exercises /plus abs after...
Made protein shake: 16 oz. Fat-Free Milk, 3 Scoops Wheybolic Extreme 60 formula, 1 heaping Scoop Casein, 1 heaping teaspoon BCAA Amino Chain, 1 Frozen Banana (use insulated oven glove, or get frostbite), 1 Yogurt, 1 Tbsp. of pure Coconut Oil, 1 Cup Crushed Ice.
Haven't ate dinner yet and it's 10:30pm (I friggin forgot): However, I usally don't go to sleep until 1:00am or later, but I do take a nap in the daytime from 12:00pm to 3:00pm.. Captains Entry Log: Decided to Skip Dinner Tonight...
NOTE 1: Just FYI... We Always Buy Organic-Only Food... We always have, and always will... IMO, it's a good practice...
NOTE 2: This is a big lifestyle change for me, so I'm working on it. Hey, at least I'm not eating greasy taco's, with organic beef of course... LOL
NOTE 3: I use 3 different types of protein powders due to cost and what they are designed to do... For breakfast I use a complete meal replacement powder with all the vitamins... For mid-day I use an ISO Pure powder with 50 grams of protein... For after workouts I use the most expensive powder Wheybolic Extreme 60 it has all the amino chains included, as well as breaks down in the body for the best uptake...
TriGenetics plan don't cut you any slack, and that's the way I like it...
MY MOTTO: Keep The Standard, No Substitutes and/or Excuses!!!!
SO THERE YOU HAVE IT BROS, AND I DON'T LIE ABOUT MY SCREWING UP... BECAUSE I'LL POST IT... NAH, REALLY I'M TRULY WORKING ON GETTING IT RIGHT, THAT'S WHY I POST THE TRUTH... GOOD OR BAD, SO EVERYBODY CAN LEARN...

Breakfast: High fiber cereal (shits expensive, need another congressional investagation into high cereal prices, again... LOL) Add protein to this, on serving of a protein shake will do, but 6-8 egg whites would be preferable
Mid-Morning: Forgot to eat vegtables, but I didn't eat anything else either. EAT YOUR VEGGIES! and throw in 5-6oz chicken breast as well
Lunch: Took liquid multi-vitamins, 2 tabs Glucosamine with Chondroitin, 1 Tribulis tab 1000mg, 2 tabs Creatine HCL tabs (recommended dosage), ate a Lean Turkey Sandwich with Veggies (I Cheated and put mayo, but I'll stop, I promise)... Sorry TriGenetics, I'm working on it....LOL Mayo is the devil

Took 4 tabs Ibuprofen 200 mg/ea. tab, because hydroyxcut gives me a headache. Cut out the Ibuprofen 200 and the hydroxy cut if you need an energy boost use a cup of coffee or tea
30 minutes prior to workout: Took 2 Hydroxycut tabs, drank tea (for caffeine boost). refer to above note

BIG revamp here, cut out the casein, the milk, and the coconut oil while ADDING a scoop of carb slam
2 hours later now is when you can have the milk, casein, and coconut oil shake use 2 scoops casein and 1 scoop WPI
DON'T MISS A MEAL! Chicken and veggies is a good meal here drizzle a little fat free salad dressing on them or even use a little olive oil
2 Hours later or right before you go to bed 1cup cottage cheese and a tbs natural PB

Hey Iron,
I made all the tweaks you posted and that definately took care of the hunger urges and I agree with everything, except one thing we must never do... That is never put in 2 scoops of the Gold Standard 100% Casein Powder in a shake, which it normally calls for 1 scoop anyway.
Man that shit expanded and thickened in my stomach so much that I thought I was going to pop. It literally felt like I had a boulder lodged in my stomach.
However, the best news is that the Casein Powder definately keeps the body fed throughout the night and by the morning I felt great. I could tell that I had something in my stomach throughout the night, and my body wasn't craving sustenance when I woke up. Fully refreshed and energized. I did not need coffee to wake up, and get motivated. So in that aspect it is great stuff.
So all in all, the Gold Standard 100% Casein Powder is great in a milkshake right before bed, but only 1 scoop in the shake, not 2 scoops.
