Drop the cerial and protein bar.
Here is a way better breakfast:
oatmeal
2 eggs
5 egg whites
you could have your banana in here too if you want.

Wheat bread is not the greatest thing for you its still a starchy carb substitute it for chicken breast with brown rice or sweet potatoe

Ok its becoming clear to me you have no concept of healthy, drop all this fruit you are eating too much sugar even from natural sources. Granola bars are junk food, drop sausages and slice of bread.
This again shoudl be something like: chicken breast and brown rice or sweet potatoe or lentils.

Drop this meal and subsitute again for something completely different....dieting takes time to start to enjoy but you are off on eveyr meal and as said before you need more meals per day.

This is not so good why eat so much at night this is your biggest problem. To cut I sugest you drop the steaks,baked potatoes and some of that chicken breast you are overloading here. You are going to the washroom because your body cant process that much protein. If I were you I would read up on diet non stop before even bothering to go back to the gym because without the right fuel you wont get any results.
