eating habbits very bad .. help guys - 03-14-2008

i have a question... i eat , not to much cause my belly is getting bigger if i eat 2 much.. 2 hrs later im still hungry . then i eat again right after i ate my stomack is still grwaling but im full i cant stuff no more food down. so i starve my self pretty much . but im very weak at the gym .. so the next day , breakfest lunch everything normal but i have to eat duble for both meals breakfest and lunch . then dinner comes . eat again , full all that food i dont understand where does it go. why em i all the time so hungry could be something wrong with me .. im not on any gear . u know im 6.1 198 ponds ...24 years old .. can any body help out .. if any of that makes sence what i just wrote .. lol

Alot of people here will have better posts than I will but a few things to remember:

-Eat 6 meals a day, one every 2 hrs or so- even if your not hungry, it will keep food in your belly.

-Eat lots of Fiber, Protein and veggys - you can pretty much eat alot of that and it will fill you up and not add too many calories.

-Eat carbs early in the day for energy and tone them down through the evening. Do the same with fat if you can, that way by the end of the day you will have used up the energy the carbs and fat give you and the protein will fill you up and not add fat.

-If you need to snack on something... eat veggys. If found this out a few days ago as I am cutting like hell - if I need to put somethign in my belly and I shouldnt eat a meal, ill grab some celery and have at it. even better ifyou dont like the stuff. it will fill your belly and adds like nothing to your wasteline. eat it raw. got to trick your brain into thinking your full!!!

-Make sure you dont eat alot of HFCS - High Fructos Corn Suyrpe ( I totally cant spell) I read an article on here that states that HFCS dosnt have the chemical in it that makes you feel full. so... you can eat tons and tons of glazed donuts and still want more - fucking things are delicious but full of that crap - infact most suggary products have it. You will soon learn that HFCS is like the devil himself - dont be tempted - eat fresh veggys to kill the hunger pains.

When you get hungry instead starving urself drink a protein shake, it will make you feel fuller or drink some coffee or take some caffeine pills that also help curve you hunger.

8.00 am i eat all the good goods. lets say in the morning.. cerial throw some nuts . rasins, fruit, then i have a banana , orange , proteinshake,protein bar ,

10.30 am then 2hrs later . tuna sandwich, or chicken brest sandwich, wheat bread , and proteinshake,, fishoil, shark catrlige, and vitimin pills


12.00 eggs. sasauges, one slice of wheat bread , pinaple , banane , whatever,
proteinbar, granola bar , 1 piece of chicken brest

3.00 pm 25 piece of jumbo shrimp. bell papers, carots , celery, brocoly , salmon

5.00 pm protein shake and protein bar... gym time

8.00pm chicken brest 3 piece ,, 2 piece of stake and baked potatoe . thats what all i have yesterday . imean i eat good i think . but im freaking damnm hungryyy .. this is not normall .. and i go aalot to the bathrrooom .. to get rid of it..maybe thats the problem ..

Hello, I agree with N1kOl1, you should take 5-6 times meal but take less each time also try to take nutritional food as its good for you in each aspect.

yes you are eating 4 meals but common bro sausages 3 peice chicken om guessing form takeout....your ggs go weith whites no yolks...also bread if your gonna eat it whole grain.......also cut your prtions down and go meals that would fit in your hand every 2 to 2.5 hours eat clean meaning no take out stay away from salt...also get into the cardio mode...stay away from alcohol...and wow that last meal is all bad too much protein all at once there is apprx 24 grams of protein in just one peice of chicken bro your body is storing all that extra MEANING FAT.........so ya go nuts on cardio and keep the tank empty with good clean food and your body wont store anything as fat..Bro cut your prtions down man you not doing yourself anygood what so ever you are taking in way too much crap if you have eggs and sausage why are you adding in a chicken breast too......makes no sence your body is storing alot of fat i guarentee it and it is no wonder you need to cut your prtions down way down....and just eat more frequntly..your fruit is sugars then you are adding more with a power bar.....fuk dude no wonder your body is burning out its trying to process everything....trust me bro you illl be fine.....cut your pertions down and eat every 2 hrs you will be fine......

Drop the cerial and protein bar.
Here is a way better breakfast:
oatmeal
2 eggs
5 egg whites
you could have your banana in here too if you want.

Wheat bread is not the greatest thing for you its still a starchy carb substitute it for chicken breast with brown rice or sweet potatoe

Ok its becoming clear to me you have no concept of healthy, drop all this fruit you are eating too much sugar even from natural sources. Granola bars are junk food, drop sausages and slice of bread.
This again shoudl be something like: chicken breast and brown rice or sweet potatoe or lentils.

Drop this meal and subsitute again for something completely different....dieting takes time to start to enjoy but you are off on eveyr meal and as said before you need more meals per day.

This is not so good why eat so much at night this is your biggest problem. To cut I sugest you drop the steaks,baked potatoes and some of that chicken breast you are overloading here. You are going to the washroom because your body cant process that much protein. If I were you I would read up on diet non stop before even bothering to go back to the gym because without the right fuel you wont get any results.

  • Start each day with a nutritious breakfast.
  • Get 8 hours of sleep each night, as fatigue can lead to overeating.
  • Eat your meals seated at a table, without distractions.
  • Eat more meals with your partner or family.
  • Eat a nutritious meal or snack every few hours.
  • Drink more water and fewer sugary drinks.
