diet - 02-19-2008

Hello fine people of the bodybuiiding world. you know we are a very rare breed. anyway to the point. i am getting ready to start a cycle of sustaplex 325 and i was wondering if the diet i am doing with it would work. so here it is. i will be eating 4 eggs and 1/2 pound of chicken or beef for breakfast, snack i will have i isopure protein shake, lunch would be 1 pound of chicken or beef, snack isopure shake, dinner 4 eggs 1/2 pound chicken or beef snack isopure shake. ok so let me know if this is a good thing or a bad thing oh yea let me add that i have some flab on my gut i would also like to get rid of so some help please

depends on your goals bro, if you plan on gaining some mass then you'll need to eat more calories than your body requires to maintain your current weight/condition, if you are planning to cut or lean up some, then lots of clean food, maybe a little less than is required, normally either 500k.cals plus or minus to bulk or cut....

diet is key to determining gains

We need more infoto help you put better like goals, age, weight, bf%(if you know it), workout routine, ect.

why dont you break your diet down a little better & give us the round about times you will be eating & what you will be eating at that time...? also, we need to know your specific goals for this cycle...

Hi musclemonkey,
It is too much diet on the normal way if you want to add your mass than you have to increase more calories on your diet otherwise you have to remove some diet with your plan.
