Critique my cutting diet. - 03-11-2008

Breakfast: Gradual release protein shake (Sci-MX pure protein) with water. 40g protein

Mid Morning: Gradual release protein shake (Sci-MX pure protein) and 1 low fat yogurt

Lunch: 150g turkey breast + 1 apple.

Mid Afternoon: same as Mid Morning

Evening meal: 150g turkey breast + Tin of vegetable soup.

Before gym: 1 scoop whey protein with water

After gym: 2 scoops whey with water, 1 apple.

Bed time: Gradual release protein shake (Sci-MX pure protein).

I was thinking should I carb load on sundays with fast digesting carbs? Opinions welcome thanks

After doing abit of homework have come up with a new diet.

Been doing a bit of research and have made a few changes to my diet

New diet.

07:00 - Gradual release protein shake + 1/2 cup measure of oatmeal.
09:30 - Gradual release protein shake + 2 tablespoons flax seed oil.
12:00 - 6oz Turkey breast + Veggies
14:30 - Gradual release protein shake + Veggies
16:00 - Pre-workout stimulant drink + 1 Scoop whey protein + 1 apple.
17:15 - 50g whey protein + 50g dextrose
18:00 - 6oz Turkey breast + 1/2 Cup measure whole grain rice
20:30 - Gradual release protein shake + Veggies
23:00 - Gradual release protein shake.

Protein: Roughly 370g
Carbs: Roughly 150g (Veggies don't count)

Yeah I'm using a hell of a lot of supps, but its alot cheaper and convenient for me. Whenever I possibly can I will always swap protein powders for food.

I will carb load on Sundays.

I train Monday - Wednesday - Friday and am considering doing cardio for 30-40mins on my rest days. Is the cardio too much concidering how low calorie the diet is?

Thanks for any input guys
