well, for a pre-bedtime snack, try eating some cottage cheese or fat free yogurt. Casein found in dairy products aids your body in regenerating your muscles.

Eat lean meats like chicken, tuna, salmon, or a lean paice of sirlion with some veggies. It's ok to eat at night to lose weight. Just cut all carbs out 4-7 hours before you go to sleep. Yogurt has too much sugar I think and should only be consumed first thing in the morning and right before and after you workouts.

Drain a can of tuna, mix a egg or 2 and chilli (or whatever u like) into it. Roll pattie sized pieces of the gloop in some breadcumbs and fry in olive oil.
It's quick, goes well with salad and makes tuna better to bear.

.. I like tuna recipies because i'm so chuffin bored of the damm stuff (but i really need to get on an eat it).
Another one i like thats real simple; roast a whole chicken up - put on plate - eat. LOL i do this quite a lot, no veg or spuds.
