AAS, Food and Driving - 04-15-2008

I got laid-off over xmas holiday (charming eh) and i've had to take a shitty delivery driver job to get some money coming in while i look around for summit better.
Thing is i gotta cycle planned, soon as my proviron turns up, and i'm trying to figure out a meal plan where i can get plenty to eat but still drive. All day i'm sat in a van for around 1/4 hour - 40 mins at a time then rushing parcels to homes etc. Over n over for 9 hours a day.
Anyone else do this sort of work and have something sussed? Or any ideas?
Going to be chewing a lot of Pro bars i guess...

Try to pre-cook some meals and put them in a cooler. You can also take a gallon of water, a protein shaker, and some protein powder with you so you can make a quick protein shake when you need some. Another thing to do is add some oatmeal to your protein shakes to give you some clean complex carbs. Not the tastiest thing but at least your getting in good calories. Just a thought.

get a bunch of tupperware and a cooler - make up a bunch of meals b4 you leave for the day - supplement w/ protein shakes. I dont know how your diet is going to be but what every your macros are you can usually store everything in a few tupperware containers - stop at gas stations or something to microwave them if you need. never never never go a day unprepaired - when you start lookin for meals on the run - your diet suffers.

good luck

You don't need hot meals that require preparation. Tuna steaks in packets and a loaf of wheat bread can be eaten as is. Me and my brothers do this when we are working places overseas that do not meet our nutritional requirements.
